The goal of this program is to condition athletes 18 and under in areas specific to their sports position so they can run faster, play harder, and put more points on the scoreboard. Our purpose is to make sure that young athletes have a chance to earn a spot on the team, or increase their chances for a College Scholarship by increasing endurance and strengthening the body. In short, spend less time in the dugout and more time on the field.
