Bootcamp Fitness Classes are a great way to achieve strength and conditioning while making great friends! There have been numerous studies on how people get results by going to bootcamp fitness classes. Just the word “Bootcamp” can be scary, but at PT Squared we make the experience fun and challenging. Our classes will always have less than 25 people, allowing us to give individual attention so that each person can get the most out of each movement.
At PT Squared Physical Therapy and Personal Training our bootcamp is a full body strength and conditioning class for all fitness levels. Bootcamp Fitness Class is an hour long, designed for trimming and toning to get you in the shape you always wanted. The bootcamp fitness classes are overseen by a licensed medical professional as well as a personal trainer to guarantee safety.
Our trainers are energetic and will definitely get you smiling while you are sweating! We always start with a safe warm up to get your blood flowing. The actual workouts consist of heavy cardio one day, leg workout, full body, circuit, HIIT, etc. We are so confident that if you don’t see results in the first month you won’t pay a dime.
Body Blitz Fitness Classes:
- $129 for month to month
- $109 with 6 month commitment
- $99 with 1 year agreement

- Tuesday & Thursdays from 5:30am -6:30am
- Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 7:00am -7:30am
- Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday 4:30pm – 5:00pm
